About HEAH
HEAH – pronounced “here” – reflects our core belief: we are here – fully present and committed to supporting families and learners on their education journeys. HEAH stands for Hub for Education, Access & Healing, representing our dedication to providing a welcoming space that fosters learning, inclusion, and restorative support.
Where we are:
Opening our doors from September 2025 at Anerley Works (SE20), HEAH: Open Routes for All Learners CIC is a referral-only, trauma-informed alternative provision offering creative, coaching-led learning pathways for young people aged 8–16.
We support learners who need something different – whether they’re out of school, emotionally overwhelmed, home educated, or waiting for an an EHCP – by creating safe, structured, and empowering spaces to grow.
Our Learning Hub
Our new base at Anerley Works is a calm, welcoming environment where young people can take a breath, build trust, and explore learning on their terms.
We offer:
At HEAH, we are proud to be a lifelong learning hub, dedicated to supporting individuals at every stage of their educational journey. We are deeply committed to fostering continuous growth and exploration, recognizing that learning is a dynamic journey that extends far beyond traditional school years. Our holistic approach is meticulously designed to meet learners precisely where they are - whether that's emotionally, physically, or developmentally. This means understanding their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations. We achieve this by creating a safe and adaptable environment that not only supports academic progress but also nurtures well-being, builds resilience, and encourages self-discovery. Our flexible pathways and personalized support ensure that every individual feels secure enough to explore their potential, grow confidently, and thrive at their own pace.

3. Family Kitchen: A relaxed space to explore food, life skills, and creative cooking together.
4. Support & Advocacy: We work closely with parents and carers, providing essential support and guidance. We also collaborate with social workers and family support services, offering a holistic approach that includes advocacy to help families navigate the educational landscape and ensure their child's needs are met.
